I can really feel a new beginning shaping up for 2011. First of all, my son Jason and his wife Lisa are having a baby girl in March. We have great expectations for the arrival of a healthy baby girl. This will be our third grandchild and we’re very excited to have a grandchild that will live near us in Cleveland.
Secondly, I have completed the recording and production of three new CD’s that will now be available with the launch of this new website. Please feel free to listen to a couple of songs.
The new website is actually a third important new beginning for me in 2011.
I think that you will find this new website to be a much better way to get to know me and the music that I create. Free downloads, free streaming music, MP3’s that can be sampled before purchase, lyrics and so on. I will try to keep up communication using this website BLOG. I would like to thank Stephen Seifert for his efforts in developing this new website and his many suggestions to make this a more enjoyable experience for my friends, family and fans.
The fourth new beginning is a new rescued Australian Cattle Dog puppy named Molly added to our family on December 18th, on my son’s birthday. Sandy and I drove a total of 12 hours to pick her up and bring her home. She’s a dandy so far! She’s trying to learn to get along with Jake, our Boston, and her new home.
We hope that you have a great Christmas and New Year. I know that we will!
Thank you for visiting my website: davidschafermusic.com and for taking a few minutes out of your busy schedule to listen to a song or two.
I’ll be back shortly with a BLOG update.
Best regards,
David
